Real Estate and Technological Expertise

My career at Windermere began in 2005.I have obtained certifications as an Accredited Buyers Representative, Green Certification, and as an Internet Marketing Expert.From 2012 -2016 I was the assistant manager of my office and from 2016 until 2025 I was the manager of my office.During my time as manager I also enjoyed the role of leading the foundation activities for our ownership groups offices. 

I like to take an analytic approach to all that I do.I firmly believe that the data shall set you free.On any given day you can find me pouring over a spreadsheet to greater understand a clients position or the market as a whole.I am routinely consulted by brokers, managers and owners throughout the region to help them understand and make sense of the plethora of data available within our industry.

I hold myself to the axiom that our greatest responsibility is to what is in the best interest of our client.I believe in building loyalty through putting my clients interests first.Each client brings a unique situation and perspective to the process.I see it as my job to understand there situation, wants and needs and apply my years of experience to arrive at the best possible outcome.

Away From the Office

Born and raised in New Jersey, I have called Seattle home since 1998.Formally trained as a School Psychologist, I spent 6 years working with special needs students in both the Highland and Shoreline school districts.As an undergraduate, student athlete, I learned the importance of hard work, physical fitness and a healthy competitive spirit. I am the proud dad of the two most amazing children I could ever hope for.My daughter Sydney arrived in 2017 and in 2019 my son Jace, joined the family.I am a staunch advocate for volunteering.I was a volunteer at Children’s hospital for over ten years and have been a volunteer at Camp Erin since 2008.I am an active participant in the Windermere Foundation as well.
